With all that is happening in downtown, it’s sometimes easy to forget that Downtown PKB is a relatively small, volunteer driven non-profit organization. We depend on business and individual donations to carry out all of the improvements you see (and those behind the scenes) in downtown Parkersburg. Our annual budget, while modest, allows us to bring you the best events, experiences and opportunities to explore and love our downtown.
