In her time with the Memorial Health System, Wendy graduated from Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce’s Telesis Leadership Academy, as well as The Memorial Health System’s Exploring Leadership Program. Wendy has served on several community boards, such as the Wood County Society and the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce, as well serving on the Washington County Community Health Council and the Medication Take Back Day task force. Wendy also teaches night classes for the Washington County Career Center’s Adult Technical Training Program. When she isn’t busy with her work and civic activities, she can be found probably sitting in the bleachers for her children's (Reagan and Brady) sporting events. Jessica Strickler, Events and Marketing Manager

Jessica Strickler recently joined the Downtown PKB team as the Events and Marketing Manager. Prior to this position she worked nineteen years as a marketing specialist in the marketing and public relations department for Memorial Health System. While holding that position, she was responsible for a variety of tasks including production, media buying and placement, job tracking management, maintaining vendor relationships and signage update and maintenance. She also served on several committees and assisted with hospital sponsored events.

Joining Downtown PKB is a change she is excited to make. After many years of working in a healthcare environment, she sees this an opportunity to use her skillset to benefit the mission of the organization, while also learning more about the area she has lived in her whole life. This position is a chance to grow from new challenges, take a new direction in her career and meet new people.

When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. She is also a fan of a good book and loves being outdoors.
